All handbags are despatched within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. Items are carefully wrapped and sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery within the UK, and Royal Mail Airmail within Europe. Postage is included in the purchase price both within the UK and Europe. I'm also happy to post worldwide. For this I charge an additional £4.95; I will send you an invoice for this additional amount, via Paypal, once you have completed payment.

I offer a full, no quibble returns service. If you aren't happy with your purchase then simply send it back to me and I'll refund the original purchase price, minus postage.

In the unlikely event of your item being lost in the post I shall send you a full refund or replacement if possible. Please allow 15 days for delivery within the UK.
